Most Clients meet with their therapist weekly, but it all depends on you. After awhile, people go into a maintenance phase where they just need check ups. The therapist will help you decide what works for you.
People use their health insurance to help with cost. At Create Space we are in network with some insurances but there is also out of network options. Ask you insurance carrier about it.
Give a therapist at least 3 sessions to see if it is a good fit. At Create Space, we will help you navigate that to ensure you feel comfortable sharing and speaking with your therapist.
Everyone needs a mental health check up! Therapy is typically needed when symptoms are not clearing up on their own. Therapy gives people a non judgmental unbiased approach.
Some clients get relief of symptoms in just a few sessions and some may take months depending on the severity of the concern.
Yes! We serve clients online and in person. Some clients do a combination of both.
Costs start at $135-$160. You can contact your insurance to see if how much they pay. Self-pay clients are accepted.
